Local Deliveries
We are delighted to offer free delivery for all orders within Las Vegas and Henderson. Please note that we currently only provide local delivery services.
Specific Delivery Time Requests
While we strive to accommodate your preferred delivery times, we cannot guarantee specific times due to factors such as traffic conditions. You may specify your preferred timeframe in the special instruction box during checkout, or contact us directly for personalized assistance.
Recipient Not Home
If the recipient is not available at the time of delivery, we will attempt to contact you by phone. If we are unable to reach you, we will leave the delivery in a secure location, such as a shaded area on the front porch or with a neighbor.
Recipient Contact
To ensure a smooth delivery process, we may need to contact the recipient to confirm their address or other details, unless you have specified otherwise in the special instruction box.
Cancellations
To cancel an order, please call 1 (702) 927-0612 at least 24 hours before the scheduled delivery.
Return & Exchange Policy
All sales at Love Royally are final, except in cases where a defective product is received. Given the fragile and perishable nature of our items, which can be affected by temperature, moisture, and light, defect claims must be reported within 24 hours of receiving the flowers. Please submit photo evidence to info@loveroyally.com. Adherence to the provided care instructions is essential, and recipients are responsible for the proper care of the flowers.
